N5B claim form - what to include
I am completing an N5B form and just need advice on the documents I need to attach.
At the moment the total number of pages is about 100, including the claim form and a covering letter!! The number of pages is because I am including copies of documents sent to the tenant even where I have a signed receipt for them. For example, I sent the DPS terms and conditions to the tenant with a covering letter which they signed to confirm receipt. That's about 7 pages. Do I need to send all of that or just the receipt??
Does anyone have any general advice on how to put the all the paperwork together?
