Same tenant - new 6 month AST , does this mean all new additional paperwork ..
Please advise for same tenant coming to end of initial 6 month AST wanting to stay and have another 6 month contract instead of rolling monthly contract, can i re use the same check in forms and inventory etc.. ?
Please advise what paperwork/documents need to be done from scratch apart from the new AST.
Any help will be most appreciated, I have tried to help myself and have read EVERY piece in the forum to answer my qusetions but to no avail.
