Perhaps you saw the feature on deceased identity fraud in the current issue of the Residential Property Investor (page 30) and the way in which landlords are particularly vulnerable to tenant offenders.

Well ...the press is showing interest in this and the RLA's PR agency is being asked for specific cases where landlords are prepared to discuss how they have been affected.

A good opportunity to turn the tables on the common perception of tenants as victims?
