Can I please be advised of the best process and wording to manage tenants in the UK. I need to be able to remove tenants after 6 months if there is a problem, so would need a 6 month break clause - is it recommended to issue the section 21 notice dated for 6 months after the start of the tenancy when the tenants sign the assured Shorthold tenancy agreement ? I want the tenants to be able to leave after 6 months with my approval in writing otherwise they are liable for the full 12 months of rent. Can you advise on the correct legal wording to set up the tenancy 6 month break clause in this way to protect my position. Regards Michael
