It seems to me that, in submitting section 8 for two month rent arrears, that will NOT led to eviction if the tenant pays arrears between serving of the notice and the Court hearing, is that right? So a tenant can play cat and mouse by keeping rent arrears at just below two months' worth at any time. Then that means that there is not any ground which will definitely lead to eviction - correct?
