I understand that electronic signatures on tenancy agreements and other documents have long been accepted as valid by the Courts. However, am I right in saying that the law and any precedents around electronic signatures on Deeds of Guarantee is still unclear, based on the requirement of the Guarantors signature to be physically witnessed? The latest advice I have found goes back to mid 2015 where legal advice is still to obtain a 'wet' signature form Guarantor and the Witness.
