Hello all,

I have recently changed letting agent and the agent's policy is to hold the AST and not give me (the landlord) a copy?.What are the legalities and am I within my rights to demand a copy of the tenancy agreement for the Tennant living in my property? For all I know the contract may not be correct. I'm guessing the agent doesn't want landlords to poach the tenant and self manage, but isn't that why there's an agency contract between the landlord and agent; to stop that happening?

Thanks for your advice
