I have a tenant who has not paid rent and is on benifits - the benifit office is dealing with this but the last months rent was due on the 18th Feb and no rent came- do I chase the tennant or the council - as the council told me that they dont deal with landlords ?
How do you calculate intrest as set out in your lease ?
can you explain in full.
Also I have another tennant who wishes to move in on the 1st March but she is not yet 18 she will be 18 in 3/4 months - I have a guarantor who is legal - she is working but i'm not sure.
