Addendum to tenancy agreement
My tenant's fixed term AST is coming to an end and we've agreed to let it go periodic. However, the tenancy agreement does not specifically state that it would become a contractual periodic tenancy agreement after the fixed term, which in light of the recent council tax implications I'd like it to be.
Can I use the RLA addendum to tenancy agreement template specifying that the tenancy will become a contractual periodic tenancy, and leave everything else as is? Or do I have to issue a new agreement, reprotect the deposit, issue prescribed information, EPC, GSC, guide to rent etc all over again?
Many thanks for your help.
