Hi,
Can you please help with point A16 on the AST:
It says that a rent review notice must provide at least one calendar month prior to the date of the rent increase taking effect. Then it says that it may be served no earlier than 90 days before the rent increase will take effect.
Do the 90 days encompass the one calendar month, or there is one calendar month after the 90 days?

Also, just in case, does a rent increase have any bearing on the deposit?

Many thanks
