I have a joint tenancy of 2 sharers signed in November 2014. One has given notice and I want to know how this affects the remaining tenant. Can I charge them the full rent? The remaining tenant has a guarantor who signed the limited guarantee. Can I pursue this guarantor for the whole rent if their son stays in a house after the other tenant has given notice properly and left?
