It's often difficult to get everyone organised to sign tenancy documents. I believe it's possible to sign in counterparts (i.e. multiple copies of the same document being individually signed by the various parties). I have in mind adding a clause like this:

"This Agreement and any other documents relating to the Tenancy may be executed in any number of counterparts and by each of the parties on separate counterparts"

Is that a practical and safe solution?
