Could you clarify something for me, please. I was told in the landlord course that when I raise the rent, I need to give a new tenancy every time, and I need to use form S13. Is there a device by which, if I declare in the tenancy agreement, that rent will be reviewed e.g. each September 1st, I do not have to give a new tenancy agreement? Maybe just use form S13? I think I remember reading something to that effect.

I would be very grateful if you could clarify before I have to draft the new tenancy agreements.
Best regards.
