Charging Order

I have a judgement against a debtor for 870.00 and I am looking at putting a charging order on her property.

However, I think the minimum amount needs to be 1,000 in order to put a charging order on the property.

In the RLA AST agreement that she signed it does state that interest will still be added (at 3% above base rate) from the date the rent should've been paid.

Therefore, even though the judgement is for 870.00 am I able to keep adding interest on top until paid? This would then take the amount over the minimum 1,000 required to add a charging order.

If I am able to do this how do I do I go about informing the court of the added interest? Is there a further form to complete?

Many thanks,
