I WOULD BE REALLY GRATEFUL IF ANY OF YOU OR LOTS OF YOU COULD GIVE ME SOME HELP WITH THIS ONE PLEASE.I HAVE A TENANT WHO HAS ALLOWED HIS BROTHER TO SHARE THE HOUSE HE RENTS FROM ME.THIS HASNT WORKED OUT AS WELL AS HE HOPED AND HE WANTS HIS BROTHER TO LEAVE.I BELEIVE HE HAS BEEN ASKED MANY TIMES AND WONT GO EASILY.MY TENANT HAS NOW ASKED ME TO WRITE A LETTER ASKING HIM TO LEAVE WHICH I AM HAPPY TO DO AND I WOULD LIKE SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO WORD THIS LETTER IN ORDER TO GET A GOOD RESULT.THIS BROTHER BY THE WAY HAS NO NAME ON THE CONTRACT SO NO LEGAL RIGHTS TO BE IN THE PROPERTY.LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR HELP.
