S21 served but not enforcing at the moment but renewal is due
We have served a S21 to end on the 27 July 2016 which is the end of the term, however, we have decided no not enforce as we are giving the tenant an opportunity to continue with the tenancy - would it be better to renew on another fixed term - leaving the S21 in place just in case?
Do we allow it to be a Statutory Periodic Tenancy - would the S21 remain enforceable?
Would really love some advice on this one
