I e mailed the help desk several weeks ago about this document however did not get a reply.
I have had several parents of students who will not sign this document as they say that the guarantee is in fact unlimited on its liability. Some have taken legal advice on it and have been advised not to sign.
Has anybody else experieced my difficulties?
Was the guarantee written by a solicitor and is it correct?
Please respond, I have lost several potential tenants over this.
I do not take deposits so insist on guarantees.
Thanks
Martin
