Holiday lets for NHS

My holiday let company have sent out a general "request" to allow NHS staff to reside in empty "Holiday lets" for the forseeable future.
They are requesting we donate the property for free, and "request" a £10 per day per bedroom charge for utilites.(So not mandatory) We are to provide two sets of bed linen (and towels I guess, tho this wasn't mentioned) and will be able to charge a maximum of £70 per bedroom end of stay clean.
I fully appreciate what the NHS are going thro at the moment, but I think you might guess my response.
I wonder how the "Guests" will depart - there is no mention of what I can see as a possibly VERY fraught process - I bet Shelter will muscle in as well. Deffo one to be left alone.
