Hi,
We are landlords with 8 properties. For the 1st time we hav had a long term let in Spain due to end 30th June.
We have paid up to the end of April. We were due out there 2 weeks ago. We won't be able to get out there or move our belongings out into storage, although we might be able to get a 3rd party to do this ( not ideal).
As landlords ourselves, we don't want to stop paying, but it's tempting. There is an agency. They have not contact us yet.
I know this is a Spanish legal issue, but would appreciate people's thoughts on moral and legal grounds, before I contact them.
We could offer to stop paying now but renew again when we are able to return. This would leave them unable to do holiday lets in the summer.
Thanks
