We have discussed his tenantcy numerous times since then, when we have stated that we will wish to do some alteration to the building as a whole and improvements to the flat would be included.
The flat is a largish two bedroomed and he pays £65.00 per week via DHSS, which is the maximum he is allowed. We belive that when the repairs are completed that we could achieve a higher rent. Another option would be to split the flat into two.
He has now been to the council to complain that he has no central heating etc..
He does have a gas fire in his living room.
We would prefer to move him to a smaller bedsit permanently. Do the repairs required and re-let.
He signed a 6 months tenantcy agreement beginning of last year.
