My good tenants are leaving,I am considering purchasing the bed they bought a year ago from the previous tenant who had it for 6 months and used a mattress topper on top of the bedI arranged the previous sale
It is as new condition, originally bought for £350,they want £75,I am keen to buy it as even the cheap double rental property beds I buy are £100 and not as comfortable.

Just checking to see if the mattress needs a fire label as there is not one on.
Seem to remember from my accreditation course that mattresses are exempt from the legislation?
