Hi,

Hoping I can get some advice!

My tenants are currently in 6 months arrears of rent, and having been to court to get a CCJ and possession warrant via Bailiffs), the tenants are no longer answering my calls (last 2 months and from rumours i have heard, the tenants have not been seen for 4 weeks. I believe the tenants have just up and left 2 weeks prior to the date the bailiffs were due to go to house to regain possession.

Has this scenario happened to anyone and if so is there any advice on what happens next or what I should do?

Note, the tenants were claiming Housing Benefits, I am tempted to call the council to advise them but not sure of the right actions to take.

Would the county court bailiffs still be able to access the property if i have keys?

Any help any one can provide would be much appreciated!

Thanks
