We have a tree in our garden and the neighbour claims that it is damaging his drains and house.
Additionally the tree leans over his airspace and roof and it is taking the daylight away.

  1. Do I need to cut back a tree if it is removing a neighbours light?
  2. Do I need to cut back a tree if it is leaning over his garden space?
  3. If the roots of a tree are damaging a neighbours drains, although it may be nice for me to sort, but is it actually legally my responsibility to sort or should he just speak to his insurance to sort his problem out?
