Hi, would you recommend having landlord insurance? I have a flat which I let. From my understanding, The management company has responsibility and insurance for the building/structure. The tenant also has contents insurance. There have been several issues with flooding recentlynot the fault of the tenant which the management company has dealt with. However, what if the tenant was at fault?? Eg caused the flood or worse- a fire. Would I be covered??

Thanks
