I have obtained a County Court 'Order for Possession' which also orders that the tenants should pay arrears of £1,385.00 in instalments of £20.00 per month. The tenant has vacated but has defaulted on the payments. Assuming I want to pursue this further I appreciate it may be costly and time consuming) I understand my next action is to apply for a CCJ. However, the tenants have left no forwarding address (although I am aware they have moved into local authority accommodation. I would be grateful for advice on what action I can realistically take next. For example, does the RLA provide a tracing service, or can it recommend a tracing agency? Thanks in anticipation. Gary
