Im renovating my block of 3 flats and part of the renovation includes new flat entry doors and locks. Im thinking of using a push button locks for the 3 flats instead of a standard lock and key. This means i wont need to get any keys cut or change locks when tenants leave etc i just have to change the codes, thus saving money but i think it looks better as well. It also gives me the thumbturn to comply with fire regs so its a win win. Just wondering if anyone else has done it done and would recommend it or if its a bad idea. Hes a link of what im taking about...
