The letting agency I have used several times Propertyletbyus appears to have gone pushing me back into the clutches of Upad for the first time in nearly 4 years.
Is it my imagination or has the Upad service deteriorated?
All they do is send me a text message with a name and number for each lead. So when I phone the enquirer I am going in completely blind with no knowledge of who I am talking to. I am used to being served up with a nice little summary -age, household size, any animals, work or benefits? Upad is just a telephone answering service - waiting to charge tenants over the odds for a credit check.
I am going to try Lettingaproperty.com on another house next week and will compare.
If anyone from Propertyletbyus sees this please come back all is forgiven...
