an agent of Marstons holdings served a "final notice" threatening to enter the property and take goods related to an apparent debt incurred by a tenant who left without a forwarding address 18 months ago. The current tenants are students, young foreign nationals. They were extremely worried and intimidated by the way the notice was served and the explicit threats made. Marstons holdings do not it seems publish a contact phone number. I have rung the agent, but the reply was not reassuring. I have emailed Marstons holdings. Please advise what I can do to stop my current tenants feeling further threatened.
