Hi could you advise me on the following please. I had a new boiler installed 7 months ago with a 7 year warranty) however the tenant informs me that the heating is not working (despite it being on when I was there and it being 21 degrees in the kitchen. However as she has a 12 day old baby she states that I have a legal obligation to repair the boiler within 4 hours as she has spoken to CB. Baxi can't attend until Monday and I have offered the use of electric heaters that I tend to use in this situation and would reimburse running costs. Has the legislation changed or is it still defined as a reasonable period. Regards Graham
