I have a tenant in a flat that I have put in the market for sale. It has been a nightmare getting hold of the tenant for viewing. Can I possibly write to them to advise that I want to give a copy of the key to the estate agent and ask them to write back if they have any objection within 7 days. Is it allow to give key to the agent (agent will give them 24 hour notice before visit)? If not, how best can I get potential buyers to view the property? Please advise.
