Section 21

We have a tenant who began there tenancy in March 2015.

The tenant has recently become unemployed and has applied for universal credit in August of this year.

Every time she keeps giving me various different reasons why she has still not received any benefit to date.

Even though it sounds genuine in what I am being told, I am not sure how she can be surviving without getting any income.

Therefore, I think it is important and prudent to serve a Section 21 which I have never done before and would appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to serve a Section 21.

Thank you.
