Condensation and mould
There has and still is aroblem with consensation and mould in my let property. I have had a survey done and it states that the main reason is lack of ventilation and not opening windows drying washing on radiators. Not using the fitterd extractor fans when using the kitchen and bathroom. I have agreed to put sme stronger fans in the bathroom etc, but it will only improve if the tenant changes their lifestyle. They have this month only paid 50% of their rent until it is sorted. There is a lot f damage to the walls and skirting boards. My take s this is a tenant problem not mine as there are extract fans etc fitted .just not being use by the tenant.
Any advice would be most welcome.
