Hi. I was just wondering if anyone could. A tenant is in arrears by 3 months. We served the tenant with a section 8 and 21 notice. We had only protected the deposit a month before serving the notice. However the tenant had already used the deposit to cover arrears. Now the tenant has paid a month and half's rent in to my account only owes 8 weeks rent. Would the court still side in my favour. Any advice is appreciated.
