Question on 'gifting' tenants kitchen white goods.
Our first buy-to-let is about ready to go on the market. We inherited several fully working, free standing kitchen white goods when we purchased the Flat.
Our Letting Agent advises we have several options:-
A.) we add them to the Inventory & accept all liability for servicing etc.
B.) we offer to 'gift' these goods to prospective tenants - I assume we create a separate 'gifted' Inventory for that purpose ?
C.) dispose of them - possibly reducing potential interest in the flat from prospective tenants ?
