I have recently advised my tenants of a rent increase as their tenancy agreement is up for renewal at the end of the month. I have done this is line with current rents and also this is the first time I have increased their rent in 2 years. I have had acknowledgement from one tenant to say that all is fine and she's happy with this. I haven't received a reply from the other one so am wondering how long should I leave to get a reply and surely she cannot ignore this. And if she's not happy do I then just let her know that her tenancy will not be renewed and I will serve her notice. I would like to know how to deal with this. Many thanks
