Process for Changing Managing Agents
Myself and my fellow director of the management company of a block where we have property wish to change the managing agents. They have been in place for 20 years. Is there a process that we need to follow to safely do this? We will need to communicate directly to our fellow leaseholders - can we insist on getting direct contact details of the leaseholders from the managing agents?
