Can you please provide some clarification on the points below?
- what is the earliest date I can issue notice? Tenancy commenced on 29/9/16 for 6 months.
- customer is complaining about leak in bathroom, plumber's have been out and work has been completed however further leaks keep being reported. I believe damage is deliberately beings caused.
- customer is requesting gas fire be replay which was remove before they moved into property because it was not safe. This was replaced with electric fire. Do I have to provide a gas fire?
