Does a block of flats require a Fire Risk Assessment
Hello, I am a Company Secretary for ar Management Company of a small block of 7 flats, all of which are owned by individuals. Three of the flats are owner occupied and four are let out by their owners.
An owner is trying to sell his flat and his purchaser's solicitors want evidence of a Fire Risk Assessment. His solicitor says it is a legal requirement and it is my responsibility to obtain one. Is this correct?
