We have a tenancy which began on the 7th June 2006. Neither the agreement, not the rent has changed since - the tenant although not house proud in any way, pays on the nail each month, and the property which was once in a good district has been swallowed into a less desirable area......hence we keep things the same. No new tenancy agreement has been issued.
So our question is: should we have an EPC on this property, which was let well before such requirements. ?
