AirBnB - underletting
We have another leaseholder in our block who lets on Airbnb. This has raised our and other landlords concerns for our tenants security in what was sold as a secure block with secure parking, basically a good secure area that was the reason to buy and tenants to let.
The lease states that there should be no underletting. The superior landlord is not appearing to do anything about this. This type of letting looks to be in contradiction of our insurances and that of the superior landlords (buildings) insurance.
Does anyone have experience of this problem?
