Issuing new tenancy agreement
My current tenants, who have been in the property for 4 years, are due to renew their tenancy at the start of February 2017.
I only took over the management of the property in February 2016 after using a letting agent. Even through they were already tenants i issued all the relevant paperwork again in February 2016 along with the RLA AST 12 month agreement.
The tenants have agreed to sign another 12 month AST agreement at the same rent as last year.
I will download the latest AST from the RLA website. Do i need to provide any other documentation to the tenants? Are there any checks i need to perform on the tenants now?
