I'm currently buying a 3 bed two storey house which I'm looking to turn intoa 5 room HMO and need some advice as to what is the easiest way to comply with all regulations as I intend to live there in few years time.
Spoke to council and they said I need to put full application with their fee which at the moment is £700, as it will be let to few sperate households and adviced me to put fire doors and fire alarms.
Also what do you advice in terms of tenants ie student or proffesional, or rather what is the easier type to manage.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
