Pls can you advise me, I am a letting agent and one of my houses that is let has very large and tall confiers hanging over into the garden from next door they take approx 4 foot off the garden all down one side There is also a small boundary fence. The house next door who own the conifers is also rented out via an agent. What are we able to do about it? Their side is pruned and kept in order, are we able to ask them to pay for them to be pruned or is it the responsibilty of my tenant?
Hope you can help on this matter. Thanks
