how to claim for clearing tenants rubbish?
I am about to make 3 estate car full trips of tenants rubbish to the tip after tenant has left.
I have a guarantor and will be claiming for possession order fee. I will also claim for some damage which is beyond fair wear and tear.
I have a very high rate of rent collection. But I have not yet worked out how to charge for rubbish removal. I always end up shifting it myself and not bothering to claim. I don't take deposits but only let to people worth suing or tenants with a guarantor worth suing.
Ast says reasonable costs can be claimed. But how do you cost, quantify and prove it?
