We have just bought a large three storey Victorian 10 bed house. We are currently refurbishing and converting it to an HMO. We have planning for change of use. Having spoken to various different plumbers we are rather confused as to which way to go with the central heating system as everyone has a different opinion! There will be 4 en-suites plus 2 communal bathrooms, all with toilets, and all have electric showers. We will have approx. 19 radiators and 6 heated towel rails. We will also have 2 kitchen sinks, 2 washing machines and a dishwasher all using water.

Does anyone else have a similar sized property and if so what central heating system do you have?

Our concern is, if at peak times there is a lot of water being used, will the central heating system cope?
