I have a tenant who had consecutive 6 month agreements for about 2 years. He has now gone on the sick His rent was/is 360 excusive per calender month which is n the middle of a major estate /letting agents valuation. Tameside havefixed payments at 70 decreasing to 68.57 from 1st April this equates to 298 pm
Is there an appeal? (B)Is furniture an influence onassessment?
What options do i have
Would appreciate any comments

Regards
