I have a two bed flat, block managed by Management Co, I have an issue with the flat directly above our tenanted property. We recently replaced the Combi Boiler both British Gas and local plumbing co. noted the flat immediately above our property is leaking water which was entering the flue / outlet area. I have asked the management co. to speak with the landlord to rectify this matter asap. To date nothing has happened, just a few failed promises etc, does the management co. have a legal responsibility to rectify this matter as a health & safety issue.
How best to apply further pressure via the Management co ? I would have thought they have a duty of care as they are paid to manage these apartment blocks.
Thank you.

It is the boiler directly above ours that is leaking on the outside wall, LL needs to resolve this asap, I hope.
