new tenant inquiry with full 6 months rent upfront
Just wants to have an idea of what you guys thinking about my perspective tenant. Tenants moving from southend to Norfolk because tenant's family has moved to Norfolk. wife is on benefits, man works but as an maintance man for the current landlord, he has to jack the job if they move here, 5 kids from 8 months to 13 years. Tenants claimed that they both have a very good credit history, can provide me proof of rent for last 10 years. they are willing to pay 6 months worth of rent in advance. Generally if i have a tenant with benefits , i asked for a guarantor, she said they will try but there family member is in process of buying and selling the property.
So what's say ? good or??? with a guarantor ??
