I've new tenants moved in 12 days ago, they have just informed me the tv doesn't work and think it is the aerial. There is an aerial on the roof which I have to admit I have never tried. There are also connections for both Sky and Virgin, which previous tenants have always used and I guess I'd assumed as most people have broadband connections these days that would be the main choice.
So question is if the aerial on roof isn't working am I obliged to get it repaired or even replaced if need be?
