Selling when you have tenants? Good or bad idea?
What do people think about selling while you have tenants in a property? I guess it's a good a time as ever? Is there a good time to do it (early in their tenancy agreement period)? Has anyone seen a negative effect on how tenants deal with the fact that the property they're in has been put up for sale? i.e. are they less inclined to extend their contract due to the uncertainy? And also I imagine viewings could be difficult with the property occupied.
